Half Pint Coffee Co. is located in the original Fergusen Clinic building in Walnut Grove, built in 1946. Following that, the building became a dental practice for many years. During the summer of 2020 the dentist, Dr Bruce Mathiason, retired and the building is now going through renovation to become Half Pint Coffee Co. along with apartments on the second level.

Half Pint Coffee Co. became officially licensed for production and wholesale in May of 2023. Starting as an idea on the beach in Costa Rica in January 2023, Crystal took the idea and ran with it. After extensive research and mentoring from a local coffee bean roaster, Half Pint Coffee Co. was born. Since it's birth Half Pint Coffee Co. has been selling beans in local retailers, online, in store, corporate gifting, as well as launching a fundraising service for groups and individuals to reach their goals.

Half Pint Coffee Co. purchases raw "green" beans throughout the coffee belt in countries such as Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America. Working with Fair Trade and Organic farmers Half Pint Coffee Co. works to bring you high quality specialty coffee beans small batch roasted for optimal taste and freshness.
